Decking
What are the differences among deck types? |
The Buddy Wall uses basic composite decking with a scalloped backside. Composite decking holds up well under the elements and gives players a speedy, forceful bounce back for their throws, and the scalloped decking helps keep weight and costs down. Our Enhanced Composite decking has a few big advantages over basic decking:
|
Can I paint on the Ball Wall? | You bet! No matter what type of decking you choose -- basic composite, enhanced composite or wood -- you can paint and style your Buddy Wall to your heart's content. Just be sure that when selecting paints you check to ensure that they bond with plastic/composite decking. |
I didn't customize my wall before but now I'd like to. What should I do? | Contact us and we can let you know your options. |
Shipping and Handling
Do you accept returns? |
If your Buddy Wall arrives damaged or defective, we are more than happy to replace your merchandise free of charge. With that said, we don't take returns otherwise, since the shipping costs associated with returns are prohibitively high. We are happy to work with you on modifications to make your Wall better - just contact us. |
Why does it cost so much to ship? | Shipping is expensive, particularly when you're moving a 50-pound box across time zones. Shipping rates are set by our carrier partners, and we don't make any money on the shipping and handling fee. |
How quickly do you turn around orders? |
All Buddy Walls are made to order and we aim to ship orders within 2 business days. |

How much does the Buddy Wall weigh? | The assembled Buddy Wall weighs roughly 42 pounds and 45 pounds for versions with Enhanced Composite decking. The Woody version is of comparable weight. |
Do you offer bulk discounts? | We do! In fact, each Buddy Wall you add to your order comes with a 15% discount applied in your cart. |
Why would I want multiple Buddy Walls? |
There are plenty of reasons you might:
