Why would you want to use tennis balls when training with the Buddy Wall?

Training with tennis balls has a couple of advantages over using lacrosse balls:

• Tennis balls balls are more difficult to catch than lacrosse balls, and they teach players to have "soft hands"
• The bounce-back with a tennis ball isn't as strong as that of a lacrosse ball, so players need to put more force on their passes. Using tennis balls for wall ball teaches kids to throw harder, more confident passes.
• Thanks to their light weight, the sound off the bounce-back is softer than that of a lacrosse ball.
• Players can shoot tennis balls as hard as they want without worrying about breaking windows or causing damage from pipe shots.
